Nach über 17 erfolgreichen Jahren als selbstständiger Unternehmer in einem interdisziplinär aufgestellten Familienunternehmen sehe ich nun mit großer Entschlossenheit einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung im Angestelltenverhältnis entgegen. Dieser Schritt ist wohlüberlegt und entspringt nicht etwa wirtschaftlichem Druck, sondern einer strategischen und persönlichen Neuausrichtung.
Die Führung unseres Unternehmens – mit Schwerpunkten in der Oldtimervermietung, Gründungs- und Managementberatung sowie Prozessoptimierung – war geprägt von Innovationskraft, unternehmerischer Verantwortung und internationaler Vernetzung. In dieser Zeit konnte ich nicht nur eine Vielzahl operativer und strategischer Kompetenzen ausbauen, sondern auch mein unternehmerisches Denken durch eine akademische Weiterbildung (MBA & Master in Team Management and Leadership sowie Studium der Rechtswissenschaften) fundiert ergänzen.
Warum also der Wechsel? In der Selbstständigkeit steckt Kraft, aber auch eine gewisse Isolation. Ich habe den Wunsch, meine Kompetenzen künftig wieder in eine dynamische Organisation einzubringen, in der Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, strategische Weiterentwicklung und exzellente Führung gefragt sind.
