Personal projects
Working on the question behind the task.
When a question keeps returning in my work, I sometimes develop a tool to work through it or explore the subject in writing. These projects show how I organise information, test an idea and make it useful for a specific task.
Decision support
Career Intelligence OS
The project connects a specific vacancy with evidence from a professional profile, employer context, and application documents. It is my internal working tool; sharing with a recipient is handled separately.
Career Intelligence OSHow I work and the methods I use
I examine what a role requires and compare it with the evidence in my professional profile. I bring in the employer’s context and keep open questions visible, so that an assumption cannot quietly turn into a claim.
Tools shown by the project include structured job analysis, a profile and evidence record, a fit assessment and a document workflow with controlled recipient access.
Business processes
Development workshop
The portfolio includes tools for hotel revenue work, documentation, and decision support. Projects have different development stages. The workshop explains their purpose and provides project descriptions and user guides.
Explore the workshopHow I work and the methods I use
I start with the practical question and work out what information and steps a useful tool needs. I document how it is intended to work and how far development has progressed, so that readers can judge each project on its current state.
I draw on process mapping, structured data and document models, prototypes, example cases and user guides. The method depends on the individual project.
Publications and book projects
My writing has its own section, with a separate entry and documented status for each title.
